Blaici Xiong is a Hmong-American womenswear designer based in Sacramento, California. A graduate of the Academy of Art University, where she earned her BFA degree in Fashion Design. She has spent the past few years honing her creative voice and mastering both traditional and digital design techniques.

Her work blends storytelling with craftsmanship—each piece thoughtfully designed, carefully constructed, and shaped by her innovative approach to texture and silhouette. Blaici’s designs aim to spark emotion, foster connection, and celebrate fashion as an art form.

When she’s not sketching new concepts or sewing in her studio, you can find her enjoying sunny afternoons at the park with her beloved pitbull, Pearl, or finding fresh inspiration in the natural beauty that surrounds her.
